Our terms and conditions for your holiday booking
These are our Terms & Conditions which must be read prior to booking with us, either via the HalalOrganization.com Booking System, an API link and/or traditional manual booking methods. Please consider them carefully as you will be bound by them. They set out our respective rights and obligations, and also explain how best to access our products and how the various booking processes work.
HALALORGANIZATION® is a trading name of Olbitur Turistik Hizmetler TİC. LTD. ŞTİ agrees to provide you with access to HALALORGANIZATION product via HalalOrganization.com Booking System, API Link or email (as applicable). HALALORGANIZATION acts as an agent to its suppliers (e.g. accommodation providers, airlines, car hire companies, transfer companies, handling agencies, guided tours providers) with whom you book. Consequently each supplier’s terms and conditions will apply to your booking and copies are available upon request. The terms and conditions of EPS are here. Please ensure that you refer to the sections of these terms and conditions which are relevant to you and the way you access HalalOrganization.com .
HALALORGANIZATION reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions without prior notice. This will not affect existing bookings unless stated (for example changes to Government Taxes or similar). The latest version will always be available on the HalalOrganization.com Booking System and by using the site and accessing our product by any means you are accepting the latest version available. Those not having access to the HalalOrganization.com Booking System will be advised accordingly.
Please note that in ALL cases the lead guest/passenger on the booking must be 18 years old or over at the time of booking request. The lead guest will be in contract with the supplier and will be responsible for the information provided to the agent for all guest/passengers members of the party: this includes the correct spelling of names, title, age, passport and visa information and ensuring that all party members travel with full valid travel insurance.
The information, software, products, and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. In particular, HALALORGANIZATION does not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim liability for inaccuracies relating to the information and description of the hotel, resort, air, villa, car, airport transfer and other travel products displayed on this website (including, without limitation, photographs, list of hotel amenities, general product descriptions, etc.), much of which information is provided by the respective suppliers. Any hotel, resort, villa ratings displayed on this website are intended as only general guidelines, and HALALORGANIZATION does not guarantee the accuracy of the ratings. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. HALALORGANIZATION and/or its respective suppliers may make improvements and/or changes on this web site at any time.
HALALORGANIZATION and/or its respective suppliers make no representations about the suitability of the information, software, products, and services contained on this web site for any purpose and the inclusion or offering for sale of any products or services on this web site does not constitute any endorsement or recommendation of such products or services by HALALORGANIZATION; Olbitur Turistik Hizmetler TİC. HALALORGANIZATION, and/or its respective suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties, terms and conditions with regard to this information, software, products, and services, including all implied warranties, and conditions, of suitable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
The carriers, resorts, hotels, villas and other suppliers providing travel or other services for HALALORGANIZATION Ltd. are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Olbitur Turistik Hizmetler TİC. LTD. ŞTİ is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. HALALORGANIZATION has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. In no event shall HALALORGANIZATION, and/or its suppliers be liable for any, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this web site or with the delay or inability to use this web site, or for any information, software, products, and services obtained through this web site, or otherwise arising out of the use of this web site, (including, but not limited to loss of use, data, profits, savings or opportunities), whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if HALALORGANIZATION, and/or any of its suppliers have been advised of the possibility of damages. Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury for which no limit applies. HALALORGANIZATION, and/or its respective suppliers shall be liable for direct loss arising out of the use of this web site, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, up to a maximum of the total value of the transaction under which the claim arises for any one event or series of connected events. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Important: these terms and conditions and foregoing liability disclaimer, do not affect mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including your statutory rights under any applicable national or local legislation implementing the EC package travel directive (90/314/eec) as amended from time to time). Should you decide to purchase any travel packages on this web site, separate holiday terms and conditions will also apply.
The price of Services booked on the Web site (HalalOrganization.com ) or by telephone must be paid either to (i) HALALORGANIZATION which will accept such payments on behalf of the Suppliers, and/or (ii) directly to the Suppliers. Payment may be charged by more than one party (as will be shown on the Customer’s bank or credit card statement) however the total amount charged will not exceed the total price of the Services.
The Customer shall provide the details of his/her payment card and the Supplier or HALALORGANIZATION Ltd will often have to verify: (i) the validity of the payment card (through a charge of a nominal value that is either refunded within a few days or deducted from the final payment due to the Supplier) and, (ii) the availability of funds on the payment card (to be confirmed by the bank issuing the Customer’s credit card).
You agree to defend and indemnify HALALORGANIZATION, its affiliates, and/or their respective suppliers and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:
– (a) your breach of these Web Site Terms, Conditions and Notices or the documents referenced herein;
– (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
– (c) your use of this Web site.
No unlawful or prohibited use
As a condition of your use of this Web site, you warrant to HALALORGANIZATION that you will not use this Web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
Links to Third-Party Sites
This Web site may contain hyperlinks to Web sites operated by parties other than HALALORGANIZATION Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. HALALORGANIZATION does not control such Web sites and is not responsible for their contents or your use of them. HALALORGANIZATION inclusion of hyperlinks to such Web sites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such Web sites or any association with their operators.
HALALORGANIZATION provides no insurance for passengers for material or health losses on the trip herein. Passengers are advised to obtain their own travel insurance for health while travelling. Each passenger should travel with adequate insurance cover. Such insurance will ensure that you are covered against unforeseen cancellation charges, medical costs incurred whilst away from home (subject to approval), personal liability claims, loss of money etc. We recommend that insurance is purchased at the time of booking your holiday to insure against possible cancellation costs.
Passports & Visas
All passengers must be in possession of a valid travel passport. Those travelling on family passports must travel with the main passport holder. It is your responsibility to check visa requirements with your holiday destination country’s consulate office in your country or with online official web sites before you travel.
Please ensure if making a late booking that you will have enough time to obtain the necessary visas if required. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct valid passport and visa documentation in time. Neither we nor the suppliers accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have failed to comply with any passport, visa or immigration requirements.
All prices are subject to availability and final confirmation from the supplier. Further information on each supplier’s pricing policy can be found in their booking conditions.
We reserve the right to alter the prices of any holidays shown on our website. You will be advised of the current price of the holiday that you wish to book before your contract is confirmed.
We reserve the right to decline any booking.
We are not under any obligation to deliver any tickets or documents appertaining to the booking until full payment has been received by us.
In the event that the payment is not received by us by required date, we may choose to treat the booking as cancelled by the client, in which case the deposit or prepaid amount shall be forfeited as per our cancellation fees. Some hotels may impose different payment schedules at certain times, and may not advise us until after your booking has been confirmed. Should this apply to your booking we will advise you as soon as the hotel makes us aware of this requirement.
Prices for resorts, hotels, villas, tailor-made holidays and guided tours components may change in line with currency fluctuations and prices for these listed on our website are for guidance purposes only. For the most up to date prices, please visit HalalOrganization.com .
Online Booking Confirmation
All travel products featured on this website are subject to availability. It is very unlikely that after you made your online booking with us we might receive unavailability for your booked accommodation, but as this may sometimes be necessary so we reserve the right to cancel your online booking within 24 hours and pay back to your account a full refund of all monies you paid to us. Therefore, we strongly advise to wait for our booking confirmation email before you book your own flights. You will receive it within 24 hours of making your online booking request. Your payment will be held and only be taken once we confirm your booking.
All payments made by cheque should be made payable to ‘HALALORGANIZATION’.
Optional Excursions & Tours
Optional excursions, tours, car hire and similar services outside of the pre-booked and paid for itinerary are undertaken at customers own risk. HALALORGANIZATION bears no legal responsibility for tours, excursions and car hire services booked locally with any HALALORGANIZATION local partner handling companies or rep service companies.
Flight Timings and Holiday Amendments
All flight timings are provisional and subject to change. However you will be advised in advance of any major change as per your supplier’s booking conditions. On occasions your supplier may find it necessary to alter your holiday, be it a change of accommodation, service or date. In the event of a change your supplier will have clear guidelines set out in their booking conditions.
Should you find it necessary to cancel or amend your holiday, please contact HALALORGANIZATION immediately, we will require written confirmation of the cancellation/amendment by the lead guest on the booking. Cancellation/amendment charges will apply, these charges will increase the nearer to departure the cancellation/amendment is made and can be as high as 100%. The scale of cancellation/amendment charges to be applied will be outlined in your supplier’s booking conditions. The charges will be confirmed to you on receipt of your written instruction to cancel or amend your holiday. For any cancellations our suppliers’ cancellation rules apply plus HALALORGANIZATION’s admin charges apply. For refunds to bank/credit cards up to 2.9% surcharges may apply to cover charges, incurred from credit card companies.
Suppliers’ cancellation charges and information are available on each hotel and villa pages. Please note it differs from accommodation to accommodation.
Refunds are always issued to you in the currency that you paid for the booking. As indicated on the check-out page when you made the booking and your confirmation email “prices in your local currency are indicative only and based on the current exchange rate. Actual prices are shown in the property’s currency, which is your booking agreement currency.” The amount of your refund depends on the exchange rate. When we refund you, the amount you get back reflects the exchange rate on the day we issue the refund and not the currency rate at the time of your original booking date. Exchange rates constantly fluctuate, and hence the amount you will receive as a refund won’t match what you paid.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received in a timely fashion.
Software Available on this Web Site
Any software that is made available to download from this Web site (“Software”) is the copyrighted work of HALALORGANIZATION, its suppliers. Your use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software (“License Agreement”). You may not install, copy or use any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement unless you first agree to the License Agreement terms.
For any Software not accompanied by a License Agreement, HALALORGANIZATION hereby grants to you, the user, a personal, non-transferable license to use the Software for viewing and otherwise using this Web site in accordance with these terms and conditions and for no other purpose. By installing, copying or otherwise using the Software you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this licence.
Please note that all Software, including without limitation all HTML code, Active X controls and other script contained in this Web site, is owned by HALALORGANIZATION, its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may only make copies of the Software for backup or archival purposes. Any other reproduction or any redistribution of the Software is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by law notwithstanding this limitation.
You acknowledge that the Software and any accompanying documentation and/or technical information is subject to applicable export control laws and regulations of England and Wales. You agree not to export or re-export the Software, directly or indirectly, to any countries that are subject to England and Wales export restrictions.
Although most travel, including travel to international destinations, is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. HALALORGANIZATION urges passengers to review any travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by The Foreign and Commonwealth Office Travel Advice Unit prior to booking travel to international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found on the FCO’s website currently located at (http://www.fco.gov.uk/travel). Online medical advice for travellers can be found at the Department of Health’s website currently located at (http://www.doh.gov.uk). Otherwise, for medical advice regarding your journey, please contact your GP or the Department of Health.
By offering for sale travel to particular international destinations, HALALORGANIZATION does not represent or warrant that travel to such points is advisable or without risk, and is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.

Please seek your doctor’s advice for specific information relating to your journey.
Hotel / Resort / Villa Facilities
You acknowledge that the availability of the facilities and features listed for each hotel/resort/villa is under the direct control of each hotel/resort/villa and as such HALALORGANIZATION cannot be held responsible if those facilities or features are not made available to you during the period of the hotel/resort/villa stay. No liability is accepted in relation to hotel/resort/villa descriptions. If a facility or feature is of particular importance to you, then you should check with HALALORGANIZATION or the hotel/resort/villa/supplier (we accept no liability if you contact the hotel/resort/villa/supplier directly) that this facility or feature will be available during your dates of stay. Some facilities may not be available in all room types. For example, swimming pools, beaches and air conditioning may only be available seasonally and it is your responsibility to check that these facilities will be available during the dates of your stay.
Please note that check in times do vary from country to country and from hotels to hotels. This usually ranges from between 12.00 Hrs & 16.00 Hrs.
Photographs and images can be an indicative and/or generic representation of our product. All pictures of our hotels/resorts/villas are generally taken in Summer peak season (June-August months). HALALORGANIZATION makes every effort to ensure images used are indicative of the product being sold and are up to date, however we cannot guarantee their accuracy. Photos are not necessarily the specific season and rooms allocated to guests and could be of different room types than that booked, e.g. standard, superior, deluxe etc.
HALALORGANIZATION will endeavour to provide the room type(s) booked, however there may be occasions when instead of a double-bedded room a twin may be allocated instead.
Although HALALORGANIZATION makes every effort to update its customers before they go on holiday, HALALORGANIZATION Ltd is not responsible in providing up-to-date information about some construction work around the hotels, resorts and villas listed on HalalOrganization.com . For instance, please note in Turkey coastal resort areas it is allowed to carry construction works between 31 October to 15 May, so HALALORGANIZATION cannot prevent or predict in advance any construction and such works by third parties. If any construction work is carried out by the hotel/resort/villa itself you booked with HALALORGANIZATION within the hotel/resort/villa premises without your prior knowledge and it affects you enjoying your holiday, you need to inform us immediately (by emailing to [email protected] or by phoning on +44 2039 8486 60) so we will offer your alternative hotel nearby or other options. This gives us the opportunity to resolve any problems immediately failure to do so may invalidate any future claim that may arise.
User Reviews, Comments and Content
Specifically, by using such a service, you represent and warrant that:
– a) you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the User Materials that you post;
– b) as at the date of posting, the User Materials submitted are accurate;
– d) you will not intentionally or recklessly post information that could cause injury or offend any person or their business and in particular: you will not post any comments, information or material that is untrue; malicious; defamatory; abusive; obscene or could reasonably be taken as such;
– e) you will not act in any way to deceive or mislead and will not engage in or encourage any fraudulent or illegal activity;
– f) you will not post or distribute any information or material that is owned by any third party without the express written consent of such party to do so;
HALALORGANIZATION does not edit the User Materials submitted and to the fullest extent permitted by law will not be in any way responsible or liable for such User Materials or their subsequent posting, use or distribution. In addition, HALALORGANIZATION does not verify, endorse or approve the views or comments expressed in any User Materials which are the personal views of the individuals submitting them. Any decisions made on the basis of reviews or comments appearing on the service are taken at your own risk.

Customer Service and the handling of complaints

Complaints should be sent by email to [email protected] , which will receive them on behalf of the Suppliers. For ease of resolution Customers are encouraged to bring their complaints within 28 days of the end of a trip.
In general, complaints will only be dealt with if the issues mentioned in the e-mail were reported by calling +908503038600 or by sending an email to [email protected] during the trip (or as soon as reasonably practicable), or to the carrier if the dispute arose during the outward or return journey, so that measures can be taken to resolve the problem and in order to limit the damage suffered by the Customer. However, exceptions may be made depending on the circumstances.
Complaints about loss of, theft of or damage to luggage, clothing or personal belongings that were not under the Customer’s control during the stay should be addressed to the airline or hotel.
If You Have A Complaint
If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, local tour organiser or your airport transfer provider) and the representative of your place of stay immediately, who will endeavour to put things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to – Customer Services, HALALORGANIZATION, Çiçek Mevkii D100 Karayolu No:777 İstilli Köyü Merkez- DÜZCE, giving your booking reference and all other relevant information. Please keep your letter concise and to the point. This will assist us to quickly identify your concerns and speed up our response to you. It is strongly recommended that you communicate any complaint to the supplier of the services in question as well as to our representative without delay and complete a report whilst in resort. If you fail to follow this simple procedure we will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint whilst you were in resort and this may affect your rights under this contract.
Claims based on implementation of the trip not being in accordance with the contract should be submitted within 28 days of the contractually-scheduled end of the trip. In that case, contact [email protected] or call our service number +908503038600. Claims should be made in writing, in Customer’s own interest. The limitation period begins on the day on which the trip should end, based on the contract.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Web site. Use of this Web site is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

HalalOrganization.com is provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel-related goods and services and to make legitimate reservations or otherwise transact business with suppliers, and for no other purposes. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this Web site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this Web site (as well as for use of your account by others, including without limitation minors (under 18 years old) living with you). Currency rates are based on various publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. Rates are not verified as accurate, and actual rates may vary. Currency quotes are not updated every day. Check the date on the Currency Converter for the day that currency was last updated. The information supplied by this application is believed to be accurate, but HALALORGANIZATION and/or its suppliers do not warrant or guarantee such accuracy.
